This page explains how shipping, pickup, returns and order support generally work. If your order is urgent or you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering so we can help point you in the right direction.
Shipping & Delivery
Karting Solutions ships kart parts and race-day essentials to customers across Australia. We carry a strong range of stock and aim to dispatch orders quickly wherever possible.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We can ship most kart parts Australia-wide using available freight and courier options. Delivery timeframes depend on item availability, destination, carrier performance and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Fast Dispatch Where Possible
Many in-stock orders can ship quickly, often the same day or within approximately 48 hours. If an item needs to be sourced or there is likely to be a longer delay, we will contact you where appropriate.
Pickup From Oak Flats
Customers can also collect suitable orders from 6 Industrial Road, Oak Flats, NSW 2529. If pickup timing matters, please contact us first to confirm stock and availability.
Bulky or Special Freight Items
Large, bulky, heavy or unusual items may need a specific freight quote or handling arrangement. This can include chassis, axles, bodywork, large kart components or items that are difficult to package safely.
Need it for a race meeting? Contact Karting Solutions before ordering if timing is critical. We can confirm stock, pickup options, freight timing or whether the item may be available through trackside support at selected race meetings.
Stock Availability & Special Orders
We carry a large and growing range of karting stock, but some items may depend on supplier availability or local Australian importers. If a product is temporarily unavailable or requires ordering in, dispatch may take longer than normal.
Not everything is always listed online. If you cannot find the kart part you need, contact us. We may have it in store, be able to source it, or suggest a suitable alternative.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please contact Karting Solutions first with your order number, contact details and a clear description of the issue. This helps us assess the request and provide the correct return instructions.
Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Items
For change-of-mind returns or items ordered incorrectly by the customer, the item should generally be unused, unopened where applicable, in resaleable condition and returned with original packaging. Return freight is usually the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you believe an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Please include photos where helpful. We may need to inspect the item or confirm the issue before arranging the appropriate remedy.
Special Order or Fitted Items
Special-order items, electrical items, fitted parts, used parts, installed components or items damaged during fitting may need to be assessed individually. Please check fitment before installation and contact us if you are unsure.
Refund Timing
Where a refund is approved, processing time can depend on return freight, inspection, payment provider processing and bank timing. We will keep the process as practical and clear as possible.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be taken away. Where consumer guarantees are not met, customers may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Fair and practical handling: Karting Solutions will assess return and warranty issues reasonably, taking into account the product, the problem, proof of purchase, fitting or use, supplier requirements and applicable consumer law.

- Explain the issue clearly and include photos if relevant.
- Wait for return instructions before posting or dropping off the item.
- Package returned items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
