Karting Solutions is a bricks-and-mortar karting shop and workshop based at 6 Industrial Road, Oak Flats, NSW, just south of Wollongong.
We support Australian karting customers with kart parts Australia-wide, professional sales and service, repairs, 4 stroke conversions, dyno tuning, chassis and axle straightening, Maverick Kart support, Honda Cadet support, trackside parts support and practical race-proven advice.

We provide practical workshop support including kart repairs, servicing, chassis straightening, axle straightening, setup advice and race preparation.
4 Stroke Conversions & Dyno Tuning
We support 4 stroke racers with Honda GX200-style packages, Honda Cadet, conversions, engine support, clutch advice and 4 stroke dyno tuning.
Maverick Kart Manufacturing & Support
Karting Solutions manufactures and supports the Maverick Endurance chassis, giving racers access to Australian-built endurance kart support, parts and workshop knowledge.

Karting Solutions supports karting customers well beyond Oak Flats. We ship kart parts Australia-wide and regularly help customers source the right parts, consumables and race support items for both 2 stroke and 4 stroke karting.
You will also find Karting Solutions at many race meetings with a stocked parts trailer, helping racers with parts, consumables and practical trackside support when it matters most.

The Maverick Endurance chassis is a major part of the Karting Solutions story. After a break in production during the COVID years, Martin and Jeff Emr's Karting Solutions took over manufacturing of the Maverick Kart, helping bring the successful twin-engine endurance chassis back into production.
Today, Karting Solutions provides local support for Maverick customers, including chassis supply, parts support, endurance racing preparation and practical technical advice.
