Common Questions
Do you have a retail shop?
Yes. Karting Solutions operates a full-service karting shop and workshop at 6 Industrial Road, Oak Flats, NSW 2529.
We can help with kart parts, repairs, 4 stroke conversions, engine dyno work, chassis straightening, axle straightening and practical workshop advice.
How can I make a purchase?
You can order directly through the Karting Solutions website when you can see the parts you need.
If you are unsure about fitment, availability or the best option for your kart, call or email us before ordering. We are happy to discuss options that may not yet be listed in the webstore.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Customers can choose to pick up from Oak Flats where suitable, or select a freight option during checkout.
If your order is urgent, contact Karting Solutions so we can confirm stock availability and the best pickup or shipping option.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship quickly because Karting Solutions carries a large amount of karting stock.
Many orders can ship the same day, although some orders may take around 48 hours depending on stock, supplier availability and freight timing. If there is likely to be a longer delay, we will contact you.
Do you offer sales and service for 2 stroke karts?
Yes. Karting Solutions supports both 4 stroke and 2 stroke karting customers.
We stock and supply parts for popular 2 stroke kart engines including Rotax, IAME and Vortex, along with oils, lubricants and supporting components.
Can you help if I am not sure what part I need?
Yes. If you are unsure, contact us with your kart brand, engine type, part number if known, and a photo if helpful.
This is especially useful for brake parts, engine components, chassis parts, clutches, axles, mounts and older or hard-to-identify kart parts.
Need help before ordering? Send through the kart brand, engine package, part number if available, and a short description of what you are trying to solve. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.
Workshop & Technical Support
Karting Solutions is more than an online parts store. We also provide practical workshop services for racers and families who need support with setup, servicing, repairs and preparation.
Workshop services include: kart repairs, servicing, 4 stroke conversions, chassis and axle straightening, engine dyno work, clutch support, race preparation and general karting advice.
Stock, Availability & Special Orders
We carry a wide range of kart parts, but some items may depend on supplier availability or local Australian importers. If a part is not shown online, it may still be worth contacting Karting Solutions.
Not everything is always listed online. If you cannot find what you need, call or email us. We may have the part in store, have access to it through suppliers, or be able to suggest a suitable alternative.
